Refund Policy for Software Service Orders

The company reserves the right to deny refunds in the following cases:

1. Errors in the Software service order made by the buyer
2. Requesting additional discounts, discounts not applied at the time of order, coupons, or gift vouchers
3. Change of mind after placing the order

Note: If you have deducted withholding tax but paid the full amount, please contact our Support team within 7–10 business days.
