Refund Policy for Software Service Orders

The company reserves the right to deny refunds in the following cases:

1. Errors in the Software service order made by the buyer
2. Requesting additional discounts, forgotten discounts, Coupons, or Gift Vouchers
3. Change of mind after placing the order
4. Withholding tax deduction but paying the full amount — please contact the company's Support team within 7–10 business days
