1. After-Sales Service
- Business hours every day from 08:00–18:30 (normal service on public holidays)
- This price includes domain name registration
- This price includes hosting rental
- This price includes consultation and configuration changes via phone, LINE OA, or Facebook Chat during business hours
- This price includes program updates
- This price includes daily database backup
- This price includes initial system setup, importing current employee data, and initial configuration, but does not include importing historical data
- This price includes initial usage training, provided as an online conference only
- This price does not include fingerprint scanners or other peripheral devices
- User manual available via the user manual

2. Additional Costs
- Additional training is quoted separately, provided online or on-site
- Custom form design starts at 10,000 baht per form
- Additional data transfer or import is charged per quotation
- Requests to pull data via the API incur additional charges per quotation
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Accessible via Web Browser / Mobile Application / LINE OA, available 24 hours a day (99% availability)
- In the event of downtime, the system will be restored within 24 hours
- Issue resolution
- Usage-related issues: within 2–4 hours
- System-related issues
- Critical: within 1–2 days
- Minor: within 5–7 days
4. Payment
- Payment channels
- Bank transfer (no fee)
- QR Payment (no fee)
- If your company needs to withhold 3% tax, please inform our staff of your intent
- Once payment is received, we will issue a receipt / tax invoice and mail it to you
