The Origin of HumanSoft

HumanSoft was founded from the firsthand experience of Mr. Asadawuth Jittasathian, Chairman of HumanSoft Co., Ltd.

Having managed HR and payroll operations in the family printing business, he recognized the need to reduce complexity in payroll calculation and HR management, leading to the idea for a more efficient solution.

After exploring existing HRM software, he found it too rigid and limited. This led to the creation of HumanSoft's HR Solution Platform — built to support Thai SMEs, the backbone of Thailand's economy, enabling them to focus on people development, organizational culture, and business growth.

HumanSoft Co., Ltd. was officially registered on September 11, 2020. Since then, the company has continuously developed its platform with automation tools to simplify and enhance HR management for SMEs, later expanding into HRD functions to further drive organizational growth.
