OT & Leave Management
Set up to 8 OT types, supporting X1.0 / X1.5 / X2.0 / X3.0 rates, or accumulate as special holidays. Round OT several ways: no rounding / 10 / 15 / 20 minutes / half-hour / full hour / round the final pay amount. Leave quotas as: not prorated / prorated quarterly / annually / up to the current date. Choose the quota unit as days or hours / set conditions for advance notice, backdating, consecutive leave, and gender eligibility. Supports up to 19 leave types plus absence, with automatic deductions/special-holiday accumulation.
Result: HR no longer needs to manually calculate OT and leave / reduces friction between supervisors and staff / supports organizations with multiple rule sets under one company
