Time & Attendance
The most flexible time-calculation structure on the market. Set rules for tardiness / early arrival / extended breaks / early leave / late return down to the level of "minutes/baht/multiple of wage." Choose whether to just record it as data, or automatically deduct/pay. Set rules separately for monthly staff / daily staff / individuals / executives. Supports up to 14 clock-in methods, such as Face Scan, Wi-Fi, Beacon, QR, Kiosk, team-lead scan, and more.
Result: Cuts time-review effort by 60-80% / reduces incomplete clock-in issues / reduces time fraud across branches
Tardiness Rules
- Strengths
- Set a minimum threshold to start counting tardiness
- Set a maximum tardiness after which it counts as "absent"
- Deduct tardiness pay based on individual wage rate
- Deduct tardiness per minute at a set baht rate
- Deduct tardiness in tiered steps (baht)
- Deduct tardiness in tiered steps (multiple of wage)
- Round the deducted tardiness amount
- Separate rules by employee type
- Individual tardiness rules
- Choose whether tardiness deductions count toward tax/SSO/PVD
- Use Case
- The company sets a start time of 8:30 but allows flexibility until 9:00 without it counting as late, reducing case-by-case HR exceptions
- If an employee is more than 60 minutes late, the system instantly changes their status to "absent" — no manual HR review needed
- An employee earning 12,000 baht/month with a 2x tardiness deduction rule loses 800 baht per late day
- A retail company sets a rate of 10 baht/minute — 15 minutes late means an instant 150 baht deduction
- Tier 1 (0-15 min) deducts 20 baht
Tier 2 (16-30 min) deducts 40 baht - A daily-wage employee earning 400 baht → 16 minutes late = 2x deduction = 800 baht
- A calculated amount of 42.76 baht is rounded to 43 baht for a cleaner payslip
- Monthly staff aren't deducted, but daily staff are actually deducted per the rules
- Executives may have a longer grace period before being counted as late than general staff
- If tardiness deductions shouldn't reduce the tax base, that option can simply be turned off
Come Early
- Strengths
- Pay a multiple of wage for arriving early
- Pay early-arrival bonus per minute in baht
- Early-arrival pay in tiered steps (baht)
- Early-arrival pay in tiered steps (multiple of wage)
- Round the early-arrival payment
- Set a minimum threshold to start counting early arrival
- Set a maximum cap for early arrival
- Separate conditions for monthly/daily staff
- Individual conditions
- Separate "recording time" from "paying money"
- Choose whether early-arrival pay counts toward SSO/TAX/PVD
- Use Case
- Arriving 30 minutes early earns 1x the daily wage
- 5 baht per minute — arriving 60 minutes early earns 300 baht
- 0-30 min = 20 baht
31-60 min = 40 baht - 31-60 min → earns 1.5x the wage
- 29.88 baht → rounded to 30 baht
- Must arrive at least 20 minutes early to count
- Capped at 60 minutes even if the employee arrives earlier than that
- Monthly staff may not get early-arrival pay, while daily staff do
- Certain key positions get a higher early-arrival rate
- Some companies track early arrival for KPIs only, without paying for it
- If it should count toward PVD contributions, that option can be enabled
Overtime Break / Early Return / Leave Early / Return Late
- Strengths
- Deduct extended break time in tiered steps (baht)
- Deduct extended break time as a multiple of wage
- Set a minimum threshold before counting an extended break
- Set a maximum cap for extended breaks
- Pay a bonus for returning from break early
- Multiple ways to deduct for leaving early
- Pay a bonus for staying late
- Separate rules for recording vs. deducting
- Round the extended-break deduction amount
- Use Case
- Break is 12:00-13:00 but the employee returns at 13:40 (40 min over) = 60 baht deducted
- 30 minutes over break = 0.5x wage deducted per day
- Starts counting once it exceeds 15 minutes
- Only tracks up to a maximum of 60 minutes
- Returning from break 20 minutes early = paid 10 baht per minute
- Leaving 30 minutes early = 1x hourly wage deducted
- Staying an extra 20 minutes = paid 30 baht in tiered steps
- Recorded from 10 minutes, but deductions only start at 20 minutes or more
- 1.78 hours → rounded to 2 hours
