Or if your phone doesn't support the HumanSoft app, you can also do it through the Line application instead.
Absolutely safe. Only you, HR, and authorized senior management can see your salary information. Your coworkers, or even your supervisor, cannot see this data. The system has strict access controls in place.
No, it doesn't track continuously. The system records GPS coordinates "only at the moment you press the clock-in or clock-out button" to confirm you're actually at the designated work location. Outside of that moment, the app does not track your location, respecting your privacy.
Yes (if your company has enabled this module). You can enter the expense details and take a photo of the receipt, attaching it to your request through the app — no more keeping paper documents to submit to HR.
Yes. You can edit your own personal information, and the system is designed to restrict access to this data to only authorized personnel (such as HR). Your general coworkers cannot see your sensitive personal information.
Generally, questions about usage or company policy should first be directed to HR or your supervisor. If it's a technical issue that HR can't resolve, they will coordinate with HumanSoft's support team to assist you further.
Our app is designed to be small and use minimal resources. General usage, such as clocking in or submitting leave requests, uses very little battery power, and it only uses internet data when sending or receiving information — it doesn't run in the background continuously.
